To-"DIE"-for-Pumpkin Cookies!

Okay, so the other day I decided to try a new recipe. I told my family I was going to make cookies and, of course, they all excitedly asked,

"What kind mom?"

"How 'bout pumpkin cookies, since it's almost Halloween!"

In unison, and in VERY whiny voices (including Lehi), "Awww mom!! Can't you make REAL cookies?"

However, when they came out of the oven I felt much like the Little Red Hen! The three dozen I made were gone before the night was over! Yah, they were "frighteningly" yummy!
